Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and the characteristics of the printing process.
Because our products are printed individually, minor variations between the digital representation and the finished product may occur. These variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to what was ordered.
Product availability, designs, colours and sizes may change over time.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the store and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when the order is placed.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order. If we cannot fulfil the order at the correct price, you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, inability to fulfil the order or incorrect payment information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Made-to-order production
Vantage Wear products are produced after an order has been placed.
If you notice an error in your order or wish to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, we may no longer be able to change or cancel the order before shipment.
This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply after delivery.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available on our store.
Your payment information may therefore be processed directly by those providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to the destinations available during checkout.
Production generally takes place before shipment because our products are made to order.
Estimated processing times, delivery times, shipping costs, tracking information and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers who purchase online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
